Service Description
Bring your own boxing gloves, focus mitts, jump-rope and handwraps to each class. Handwraps available for purchase at class for $10. Classes are hosted daily, outdoors, year round, weather permitting.

You may cancel class up to 1hour prior to class. If you cannot attend class, please cancel so that we can commence class on-time and allow others to take your spot in class.
