WORKOUT 03 - THE COMMON

'1-to-10 and Back Again' is a Pyramid Routine: (Time the workout so you know your PB!) (If needed - break the workout into 4 Rounds) 4 exercises - jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, burpees (burpees are with a push-up and jump). You complete 1 rep of EACH exercise, then 2 reps of each, the 3 reps of each...all the way to 10 reps of each exercise and all the way back down. Complete explanation: 1 jumping jack, 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 burpee 2 jumping jacks, 2 squat, 2 push-up, 2 burpees 3 jumping jacks, 3 squats, 3 push-up, 3 burpees 4 jumping jacks, 4 squats, 4 push-up, 4 burpees 5 jumping jacks, 5 squats, 5 push-up, 5 burpees then 6 of each, 7, 8, 9, 10...then.....9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 When you are done you will have completed 100 reps of each exercise :) Work through the routine, take breaks when needed.
