Once you've tried outdoor boxing, you won't want to go back inside!
Cardiovascular Endurance: Continuous movement, footwork, and punching elevate heart rate, mimicking HIIT to boost VOâ‚‚ max more effectively than steady-state cardio; a 12-week study showed improvements in aerobic endurance.
Strength and Power: Full-body engagement from punches through legs, core, and arms builds functional strength, muscular endurance, and power.
Agility and Coordination: Footwork, defensive moves, and punching demand hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, and reaction time, with studies confirming gains.
Mental Toughness: Outdoor settings add fresh air and nature exposure, boosting mental resilience, focus, stress relief, and enjoyment for longer workouts; Studies show that 30 minutes outdoors lowers depression risk.
Calorie Burning: Sessions burn 500-1,000 calories/hour via HIIT, aiding fat loss; outdoor resistance like wind increases burn by up to 15% vs. indoors.
Flexibility and Mobility: Dynamic movements improve joint health, posture, and mobility when done with proper technique.
Outdoor training specifically enhances these via varied terrain, natural light for better sleep, and stimulating environments for consistency.
We recommend 2-3 sessions weekly for optimal results.
Come see what makes us different from the rest.
